Hi, I am Rohan, I am a life coach, a motivational speaker and an author of the book "I Dear You To Dream" which can be found on www.amazon.com, www.barnesandnoble.com and also available in the kindle version on www.amazon.com.
I am an Entrepreneur and the Chairman and CEO of R.C.M. Associates Inc, which is an umbrella body for our various business enterprises including our flagship company Champion Realtors. In addition, I am a certified Real Estate Broker with over 17 years experience in the real estate business and is one of the first certified Global Marketing Agents (GMA), IRES,GMA, within the Caribbean region.
I was featured on HGTV Home & Garden Television on a show called "Caribbean Life" Episode 1 with an international audience of over ninety three million, which is currently being aired to-date.
I spent over 10 years in Bermuda and collected a wide range of sales and marketing experiences within various International businesses.
My exposure to sales and marketing over many years both as a consumer and as a business owner, has caused me to realize the value of excellent customer service.
I believe that excellent customer service is imperative in the market place today and is the life blood of every business. Hence, I see my role as one where I motivate the sales team to the extent that Champion Realtors becomes the No.1 leading real estate company in this region.

Dr. Cheryl Moore has operated in a management capacity for over 20 years and holds a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Henley Management College (now Henley Business School) and a Doctor of Divinity Degree from Summit Bible College.
Dr. Cheryl has served in ministry for over twenty years. She is a minister of the Gospel, a certified counsellor and coach, group facilitator and author of the books Living on the Edge, and The Overcomer – 31 days to Victorious Living. Dr. Cheryl has been instrumental in team development and coaching, with a strong emphasis on helping others to find their purpose and live their best life in the present.
